Harry V Warehime

Harry Virgil Warehime was born 30 January 1890, in Carroll County, Maryland, the son of Conrad Stevenson Warehime and Mandilla Hoffacker and later moved to nearby Hanover, Pennsylvania. In the early 1920s Harry Warehime set out to expand his farming operation beyond his own farm and founded the Hanover Canning Company in 1924 to process the fresh vegetables he grew. Harry Warehime died 24 October 1956, in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Alan R Warehime

Alan Richard Warehime, Harry's son, was born 1912 in Carroll County, Maryland. Alan joined the family business in 1934, after graduating from Pennsylvania State University with degrees in agriculture and economics. Alan succeeded his father, Harry Warehime as president and CEO in 1955. Alan Warehime died 24 March 1990, in Hanover, Pennsylvania.

John A Warehime

John Warehime, Harry's grandson, was born in 1937 in Hanover, Pennsylvania. John joined his family's business in the 1950's and later graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1964. John Warehime succeeded his father, Alan Warehime as president and CEO in 1990 and John A Warehime continues today as the leader of Hanover Foods Corporation.Through John A Warehime's leadership the company expanded both organically and through acquisitions.
